Membership is conditional and subject to approval.

Annual membership costs £10.00 per year

Payment instructions will be sent after approval.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All applicants MUST be in possession of either a MOD 90 UK Armed Forces ID Card, a UK Armed Forces Contractor ID Card and also be in possession of relevant, in date Baseline Personal Security and Disclosure and Barring Service certificates

All non-HMS SULTAN based applicants MUST have a Sponsor who is military or staff, based at HMS SULTAN.

Sponsors remain responsible for non-HMS Sultan members throughout their time on site

Members must attend a short induction brief before first use of SLMC facilities
