We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Credit Cards are accepted for orders over the internet, We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Delivery
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, or the Republic of Ireland. Items sent recorded delivery must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Delivery will usually take between 3 and 5 days unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We(The Rocker Box) shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Unfortunately we must wait up to 15 working days before we are able to replace items missing in transit which have been shipped using Royal Mail. It may be worth contacting your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
Postage and Packaging is charged as an addition to all prices unless otherwise stated.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that your goods arrived damaged then you may return the goods for a full refund of the purchase price or replacement if possible, within 7 days of delivery to you.In some cases you may be liable for the return p+p.
This may only be done by first contacting the main store by phone or email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.
The Rocker Box accepts no responsibility for returned items until they are on company premises.
If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You may be required to cover the cost of the return postage.
Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
